Eric started his career in real estate back in 2007 at age 23. Since then, he’s worked in almost every aspect of residential real estate as an agent, investor, hard money lender, and coach. He joined GG Homes in 2016 and specializes in finding off market “fixers” that make great flip opportunities. He loves working with Realtors on investment deals and takes pride on being honest, direct, and easy to work with. Nick is a Real Estate Professional who found his way into the luxury market early but loves to help clients in every market. Nick is a 3rd generation San Diegan who is in love with his city and everything it has to offer.
