Since beginning his career in residential real estate in 2011, Erick has closed over 800 sales which has given him a a deep understanding of effective sales strategies and marketing techniques that has helped grow GG homes into the top real estate buying company in san Diego.

Eric started his career in real estate back in 2007 at age 23. Since then, he’s worked in almost every aspect of residential real estate as an agent, investor, hard money lender, and coach. He joined GG Homes in 2016 and specializes in finding off market “fixers” that make great flip opportunities. He loves working with Realtors on investment deals and takes pride on being honest, direct, and easy to work with. Passionate about everything she sets her mind to, real estate has been a part of Bri’s life since a young age. At 18, she joined her mother’s successful brokerage manager, buy-and-hold investor, and landlord. At the age of 24, she challenged herself to start over in San Diego and continue her career in real estate. She desires to help everyone achieve their real estate dreams and be the bridge that gets deals across the finish line. She is a total animal lover, avid skier, and a realtor. Since obtaining her license, she has worked as a listing agent, buyer’s agent, leasing agent, property thrives off of new experiences, and would love to treat you to a good meal!
